These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VINAR website and the engineering, manufacturing and construction services we provide. By engaging VINAR you accept these terms.

1. Scope of services

VINAR designs, manufactures, tests, installs and services pumps, compressors, valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, radiators and boilers, industrial equipment and process pipelines. The exact scope, specification and standards for each order are defined in a written contract.

2. Quotes & orders

A request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a binding order. A contract is formed only when a written quote and specification are mutually agreed and any required advance payment is received.

3. Specifications & tolerances

Equipment is built to the duty points, media and standards stated in the contract. Performance figures published on this website are indicative; binding values are those confirmed in your technical documentation and test certificate.

4. Payment & delivery

Payment terms, delivery dates and Incoterms are set out in each contract. Title to goods passes on full payment. Delivery dates are estimated in good faith and may be affected by material availability or force majeure.

5. Warranty

Equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in the contract, provided it is installed, operated and maintained according to our documentation. The warranty excludes wear parts, misuse, unauthorised modification and improper operating conditions.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VINAR's liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods or services and excludes indirect or consequential losses. Operating any industrial equipment requires compliance with the applicable safety regulations.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, calculations and website content remain the property of VINAR and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kyiv.
